Ultimate Ears has released the Megaboom 4. a durable Bluetooth speaker made for outdoor use. It offers strong sound, long battery life, and a practical design perfect for camping or parties.

The speaker looks almost the same as the previous model—a cylindrical shape that delivers 360-degree sound. It has an IP67 rating, meaning it can survive being dropped in water and is dust-resistant. Weighing 935 grams, it feels solid and reliable. The charging port now uses USB-C instead of micro-USB.

A standout feature is the “Magic Button” on top. Press it once to play or pause music. Hold it down, and the speaker will play one of four preset playlists—even when turned off. This works with Spotify or Amazon Music, but not Apple Music.

The Megaboom 4 can play music for up to 20 hours on a full charge. It also supports Party Mode, which lets you connect multiple UE speakers together for wider sound coverage.
