Apple has unveiled the AirPods Pro 3. the latest model in its popular wireless earbud lineup. The new earbuds promise major improvements in sound, noise cancellation, and battery life compared to the AirPods Pro 2.

The AirPods Pro 3 feature a new custom acoustic architecture that helps control how sound enters the ear. Apple says users can expect clearer vocals, better bass, and a wider soundstage. The company also highlights a more immersive spatial audio experience.

Noise cancellation has been significantly upgraded. Apple claims it's now twice as effective as the previous generation. The earbuds come with new foam ear tips for better passive sealing and use extra-low noise microphones and computational audio to block outside sound.

Battery life is longer too. You can get up to 8 hours of listening with ANC on—2 hours more than before. With Transparency mode, battery life reaches 10 hours per charge.

The earbuds have been redesigned using data from over 10.000 ear scans. They’re smaller and offer a more secure and comfortable fit. Five tip sizes are now available, including a new XXS option.

The AirPods Pro 3 are rated IP57 for water and sweat resistance. They also include built-in sensors for heart rate monitoring during workouts. Apple Intelligence real-time translation is supported in several languages including English, Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese, with more coming later this year.

Pricing and release dates for the U.S. and other markets have not yet been announced.
