Amazon’s new AI can guess what customers want before they buy it. This tech cuts delivery times to just one day across the U.S. Items that used to take two days now arrive same-day.

Developed at Amazon’s Sunnyvale lab, the system helps robots understand spoken instructions in warehouses. It also manages over 400 million items to stock nearby hubs based on predicted demand.

The AI, called SCOT, tracks local buying patterns to place products closer to shoppers. Amazon says this reduces delays and carbon emissions.

Drivers get AI help too: The system scans building photos to find tricky addresses faster, like large offices or college campuses. It even suggests parking spots.
